The letters following each provider's name are their credentials. Individually, they indicate:

Are your providers currently taking new patients?
Our providers' policies regarding new patients differ. While some professionals are taking all new patients, others take only referred patients or none at all. The best way to determine if a specific provider is taking new patients is to call the office, at (651) 645-3115.



How do I know which provider is right for me?
It is recommended that you contact your insurance agency for referrals in your area, or consult your primary care physician for specific referrals. For additional information, you may access information about the providers by clicking on their individual names from the Providers page.



What insurance companies are accepted?
Psych Recovery Inc. accepts several types of insurance, though some providers' policies may differ. In general, Psych Recovery accepts the following insurance:

What is the phone number, and when are people available?
Our phone number is: (651) 645-3115.
Monday through Thursday, the clinic phones are answered from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm (central time) and Fridays until 3:30 pm.

After regular phone hours, our answering service receives all incoming calls. Emergencies will be reported immediately to your doctor via the answering service. Scheduling, billing questions, and refill requests must be made during regular phone hours.

Directions, clinic hours, medical records correspondence, and voice mail options are also accessible by calling the main number (651 645-3115).

In the event of an emergency, you should always call 911.



What if I need triage assistance?
If you have questions or are seeking assistance between appointments, our Triage Department can be accessed by calling our main number (651 645-3115) and pressing Option 2.



What if I need a medication refill?
It is clinic policy that requests for medication refills come directly from your pharmacy. This way, your request is honored as quickly as possible and the results will be communicated directly back to the pharmacy. If we have additional questions regarding your request, we will contact you at the phone numbers you provided in your initial paperwork.



What if I have a billing issue?
Billing questions should be left on the billing department voicemail, which is accessed by calling our main number (651-645-3115) and pressing Option 4.

Co-payments are due at the time of your appointment. Psych Recovery Inc. accepts payments in cash, check, money order, and VISA or MasterCard.



How should I schedule an appointment?
We recommend calling three weeks to a month in advance for appointments, as schedules often get booked quickly.

We request 24 hours advance notice in the event that you need to cancel an appointment. A No-Show fee will be charged if advance notice is not given.
