Kirsten Romness, MSW, LICSW, CTRS
Kirsten is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Recreation Therapist.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation and Psychology from
the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse and her Master of Social Work from the
College of St. Catherine/University of St. Thomas.
Kirsten has worked in various healthcare communities for over twenty years and is
passionate for helping others find balance, connection and joy. She has experience
in providing individual and group therapy for those who have experienced depression,
anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, psychosis, postpartum and parenting
challenges. With extensive training in narrative therapy, Kirsten has developed
groundbreaking approaches to working with individuals who adjust to psychosis.
Kirsten’s psychotherapy training and personal journey includes a life-long practice
of self-discovery through music and athletics. She uses creative and innovative tools
to assist people in creating fulfilling lives.
