Samantha received her Master of Social Work from the University of Minnesota
Twin Cities. Her practice focuses on the mental health of adults and older

rooted in CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and in ACT (acceptance and
commitment therapy) while utilizing tools from other domains. She is
certified in ART (accelerated resolution therapy) through Rosenzweig
Center for Rapid Recovery. ART has been shown to be effective in processing
traumatic memories. She has previous experience working in day treatment
with adolescents focusing on developing interpersonal skills.
