Anna Dralle, MSW, LICSW

Anna Dralle, MSW, LICSW is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and her Master of Social Work from Augsburg University.

Anna has worked in a variety of roles in the adult mental health field for over 15 years. She works with people over the age of 18 in both individual and couples therapy. She values partnering with people to help them navigate systems and build stability in their life. She also believes in helping people create a safe space to explore their personal world, tap into strengths, and find room for growth. She uses a variety of lenses including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, and Narrative Therapy. She also uses motivational interviewing and harm reduction to support people in many ways including recovery from substance use. She values recognizing each person’s cultural experience and believes in the power of healing.
